The Start-Up Visa Program (SUV) is a Canadian immigration initiative aimed at entrepreneurs looking to launch an innovative business in Canada It offers a straightforward route to permanent residency for business founders who obtain from designated Canadian organizations.
Eligibility Requirements (General)
To qualify for the Start-Up Visa Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Qualifying Business:

The business must be innovative, have growth potential, and be competitive globally.

At the time of receiving permanent residence:

The applicant must own at least 10% of voting rights in the business.

The designated organization and applicants must jointly own more than 50% of voting rights.
